\"Mulled<\/p>\n

Mulled Wine \u2013 Serves 4-5<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mulled wine is a drink enjoyed all over the world. It\u2019s the perfect drink to keep you warm this holiday season.<\/p>\n

1 bottle moderately-priced dry red wine<\/p>\n

\u00bc cup orange liquor or brandy<\/p>\n

1 orange \u2013 sliced into rounds<\/p>\n

5 cloves, whole<\/p>\n

2-3 cinnamon sticks<\/p>\n

2 star anise<\/p>\n

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup – add more or less to taste.<\/p>\n

Combine all ingredients in a medium pot and stir. Heat to just below a simmer on medium heat. Do not boil. Reduce to low, cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or for a fuller flavor cook for up to three hours. Strain and keep liquid only.\u00a0 Serve warm and garnish with orange slices or cinnamon sticks.<\/p>\n

\"Irish<\/p>\n

Traditional Irish Coffee \u2013 Individual Serving<\/strong><\/p>\n

You don\u2019t have to be from Ireland to enjoy this classic winter favorite.<\/p>\n

4 ounces hot coffee \u2013 regular or decaf.<\/p>\n

1 \u00bd teaspoons packed brown sugar \u2013 use more or less to taste<\/p>\n

1 \u00bd ounces Irish Whiskey \u2013 use a quality brand for the best flavor<\/p>\n

1 ounce heavy cream \u2013 whipped<\/p>\n

Pour the coffee into a mug or heatproof glass.\u00a0 Add the brown sugar to the coffee and stir until dissolved.\u00a0 Add Irish Whisky and stir again. Slowly top with the fresh whipped cream letting the cream float on top of the coffee mixture. For the best flavor and experience don\u2019t stir the cream into the drink \u2013 drink the coffee through the cream \u2013 Delicious!<\/p>\n

Chocolate Peppermint Kiss \u2013 Individual Serving<\/strong><\/p>\n

This drink is the perfect mixture of soothing chocolate and refreshing peppermint – and it\u2019s so simple to make.<\/p>\n

6 ounces of prepared hot chocolate<\/p>\n

1 ounce Cr\u00e8me de Cacao<\/p>\n

1 ounce White Cr\u00e8me de Mint<\/p>\n

1 ounce Heavy Cream – Whipped<\/p>\n

Chocolate kisses and crushed peppermints for garnish.<\/p>\n

Prepare your favorite hot chocolate in a mug or heatproof glass.\u00a0 Stir in Cr\u00e8me de Cacao and White Cr\u00e8me de Minte.\u00a0 Top with Fresh Whipped Cream and Garnish with a chocolate kiss and crushed peppermints.<\/p>\n

Hot Apple Cider* \u2013 Serves 5-6<\/strong><\/p>\n

Not only does this hot apple cider taste great \u2013 it\u2019s a great way to bring out the warm aromas of the holiday season.<\/p>\n

\u00bd gallon fresh apple cider<\/p>\n

\u00bd cup whiskey, apple brandy or cinnamon whiskey<\/p>\n

\u00bc cup brown sugar<\/p>\n

1 orange – sliced in rounds<\/p>\n

2 cinnamon sticks – add additional cinnamon sticks for garnish<\/p>\n

Combine all ingredients into a slow cooker and cover. Bring to a simmer on low heat and cook for 3 \u2013 4 hours.\u00a0 Stir occasionally. Reduce heat to warm when ready to serve and garnish.<\/p>\n

\"English<\/p>\n

English Cider* – Serves 4<\/strong><\/p>\n

You\u2019ll love this twist on the traditional Hot Apple Cider!<\/p>\n

\u00bd gallon fresh apple cider<\/p>\n

6 tea bags \u2013 English Breakfast or Earl Gray<\/p>\n

2 ounces brandy<\/p>\n

2 ounces dark rum<\/p>\n

1 – 2 Lemons – sliced in rounds<\/p>\n

\u00bc cup honey \u2013 add more or less to taste<\/p>\n

In a medium pot, bring apple cider to a simmer.\u00a0 Simmer for 45 minutes and let apple cider reduce. Remove cider from heat and add the tea bags, brandy, dark rum, lemon and honey.\u00a0 Let seep for 5 minutes.\u00a0 Remove tea bags and serve warm with a garnish of lemon.<\/p>\n

\"Snow<\/p>\n

Snow Angel* \u2013 Makes 2 Servings<\/strong><\/p>\n

This creamy heavenly drink is the perfect treat to enjoy after dinner.\u00a0 You\u2019ll have a hard time having just one.<\/p>\n

2 tablespoons white chocolate chips<\/p>\n

2 tablespoons caramel sauce<\/p>\n

2 teaspoons vanilla extract<\/p>\n

1 cup milk \u2013 use 1% or 2%<\/p>\n

2-4 ounces Baileys Irish Cream<\/p>\n

1 cup mini marshmallows<\/p>\n

In a small pot combine the first 4 ingredients. Heat on low to simmer, continuously stirring until chocolate chips are melted. Remove from heat and stir in Baileys.\u00a0 Pour in mug and top with mini marshmallows, and caramel drizzle.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t drink alcohol? Make it a mocktail instead. Drinks marked with an \u201c*\u201d can be made without alcohol and are just as delicious!\u00a0 Cheers and Happy Holidays.<\/p>\n
